About Vanesa 

Vanesa Beattie started her professional career with Thomas Electric Company in 2001. She worked with her partner to grow the company from infancy to working with large commercial projects and national clients such as Walgreen’s, Food Lion, LA Fitness and Kohl’s. She utilized her vast office and software experience to develop processes and procedures to streamline office tasks, optimizing a small office environment. Vanesa also assisted in estimation and purchasing on smaller projects. 

Vanesa joined Strategic Sites in July 2018 working directly with Katie Kirchner as a property manager. Her attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving mindset and organizational skills are an asset to our management team. Vanesa has recently obtained her real estate license and is committed to a career in commercial real estate. 

Vanesa was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. She attended Mandarin High School and Florida State College at Jacksonville. Vanesa lives in the Nocatee area and enjoys an active lifestyle with her two children.
