About Kate

Kate Clifford is the founder of Strategic Sites, a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in retail/office sales and leasing. Kate is regarded as one of Jacksonville’s most professional and knowledgeable commercial real estate brokers, with nearly 20 years of experience serving some of the nation’s top brands including Panera Bread, Sears, Office Depot, Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, HR Block and AutoNation. She has also worked with numerous shopping center owners and developers including Regency Centers, Kimco Realty, Investment Management Associates and Crescent Development. 

Formerly of Coldwell Banker Commercial, she has received awards for both her professionalism and productivity throughout the real estate industry. Kate earned her undergraduate degree in marketing and finance at Syracuse University and completed her Masters at the prestigious Hotel School at Cornell University. She is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Task Force, a Past-President of NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), the Board of Realtor’s Commercial Alliance of Realtors and a Certified Commercial Investment Manage Candidate (CCIM) 

Selected to the Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate in Jacksonville, she is also a three-time recipient of the Board of Realtors Golden Triangle Award for retail sales and leasing volume. Kate was recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Top Producer nationally and The Florida Real Estate Journal selected her as a “Top Woman In Real Estate”. Co-Star has designated both Kate and Strategic Sites as a “Power Broker” annually since 2004.
