About JC 

JC Clifford joined the Strategic Sites team in June of 2022. While his tenure in commercial real estate is short, he is no stranger to the multi-faceted nature of the industry. Prior to joining the team, JC worked with some of Jacksonville’s most respected companies in supply chain management, customer relations and accounting/finance. He is a highly analytical and quantitative individual who is willing to go the extra mile on behalf of his clients to ensure they are provided the best service possible.

JC’s focus is on office. He has been instrumental in the sale of several office investment properties; his financial acumen has been a great asset to the team. He has completed several office leases representing both Landlords and Tenants. His transactions include sales and leases with a variety of clients, such as: Tax Smith, International Management Company, Pinegate Renewables, Camarda Wealth Advisors and Health Designs/HDAP.

JC was born in Ponte Vedra, Florida. He attended Nease High School and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Finance from the University of Florida as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Florida. He has a diverse set of interests ranging from fitness to computers to tennis and everything in between. His dog, Neeko, has been voted best dog in Florida three years in a row!
