About Clay 

Clay Weaver joined Strategic Sites in February of 2022 as an Associate, with a focus on retail/office sales and leasing. Clay utilizes her research and analytical skills to assist clients in achieving their business goals. Whether it’s a relocation, new endeavor or growth of an existing brand, Clay works diligently with the team to produce the best outcome for clients. Clay also plays a pivotal role in Strategic Sites’ social media presence. Her strengths in design, her creative side, and her desire to be “in the know” are great assets to the company’s profile.

Clay Weaver was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill earning her undergraduate degree in Sport Administration, Exercise Sport and Science. While there, Clay walked onto the Women’s Soccer Team and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. 

Post undergrad, Clay lived in Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia and worked for the NFL team, The Washington Commanders, selling luxury suites to Fortune 500 companies. After working in the NFL, Clay went back to school to earn her MBA in Barcelona, Spain at European University Business School of Barcelona. While she was there, Clay worked as a marketing intern for FC Barcelona’s photographer. Prior to moving to Jacksonville, Florida to start her career in commercial real estate, Clay worked at a start-up fitness concept headquartered in D.C. and helped grow the national footprint from 35 to 75 studio locations.

Clay is active in ULI and NAIOP. She currently serves on NAIOP’s Developing Leaders 2023 board as a social/events chair. Clay lives in Jacksonville Beach and enjoys an active lifestyle. When she is not in the office, you can find her fly fishing, playing tennis, pickleball, golf, pick-up soccer, or simply exploring the area.
